- Coordination with UAE developers, landlords, and property owners
- Online and onsite property walkthroughs
- Strategic project marketing via social media and digital campaigns
Note: We do not provide legal, mortgage, or financial advisory services unless formally agreed upon in writing.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Use
Information Accuracy: You agree to provide valid, complete, and current information when submitting inquiries or forms.
Prohibited Conduct: You must not:
- Submit misleading, false, or fraudulent inquiries or documents
- Impersonate individuals or businesses
- Manipulate, tamper, or disrupt our website or services
- Harass or spam EWH through any platform
Violations may result in account restriction or legal action.
4. Property Transactions and Agreements
We act as facilitators between clients and verified property developers, landlords, or sellers.
Sales Transactions:
- Subject to approval by third-party developers
- Reservations confirmed only upon payment
- Visuals and prices are indicative and may vary
- Legal contracts are directly signed with developers or sellers
Rental Services: We assist in property searches, but rental agreements are solely between landlords and tenants.
5. Fees and Payment Policy
Service Compensation: In most sales, we are compensated by property developers. Where applicable, consultancy or sourcing fees will be disclosed in advance in writing.
Transparent Payment Terms:
- No hidden or unauthorized charges
- Written confirmation shared before billing
- Refund/dispute requests must be emailed within 7 days of payment
6. Intellectual Property & Branding
All materials including our branding, digital creatives, campaigns, videos, and brochures are protected intellectual property.
Usage Restrictions: Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
Property Listings Disclaimer: Listings, pricing, availability, and visuals are indicative and depend on third-party sources.
Limitation of Liability:
- We are not responsible for developer delays, financing issues, or legal disputes
- Our liability is limited to any fee paid directly to us, if applicable
8. Privacy & Data Collection
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as detailed therein.
9. Termination of Service
Client-Initiated Termination: You may discontinue communication at any time.
EWH-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to cease engagement if:
- There’s misuse or abuse of services
- You breach UAE regulations or our policies
- Our brand is misrepresented or used for competitive gain
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
